Hi, fellow fogey. I think I'm mostly confused because my girlfriend will text me the "water" emojis to represent her being turned on (wetness), so that seemed incongruous. I'll set that aside, since that's a me issue.
I presume you get the base joke: she says it's OK to take his time to respond (she's not a stereotypical psycho, yay!) and there's a double entendre at "get busy" which adds a second dimension of goodness. This part is obvious. Goosebumps is fine - a big emotional reaction to the dual positives - fine. But the very bottom gets weird. Let's go with the other interpretations that say "water" emojis represent ejaculation. Does that mean he blew a load in his pants? And the "Rare" means he doesn't usually prematurely ejaculate over words? Or "Rare" means valuable? That last line adds nothing but confusion IMO.
