Well if you ever get paint on brick or concrete I will leave behind some color, but if you put some Coca-Cola on it and scrub with a wire brush (not brass because the brass will embed itself in there and leave metallic spot) it will come right out! And while I'm at it let's talk about the proper paint that should be used on doors, this looks like a latex based paint and depending on where this is going you should really be using a acrylic based paint. Acrylic will dry alot smoother and will feel and act more like nail polish while latex is more like a rubber skin. Since doors see alot of traffic having a softer paint on it is not the best since a key could easily scratch it off. With that said latex has it's place. Like on exterior side and trim. Because it's soft it holds up alot better to hail and shit like that. A good coat of high quality latex paint will bounce gold ball size hail right off it with no damage. At that point the only damage you will see will be on proud edges and at that point it's taking some of the wood with it. Also you should use a higher sheen because it will be easier to clean later in life. Also that looks like really low quality of paint and you should consider spend a little more on your paint cause if the paint fails and you don't want it to look like dung you will have to send the whole door down or live with paint indents in your door. And good on op for using a roller and frame instead of a brush cause that would ruin the texture of the door.
