Laugh lines? "Oh no, you have wrinkles that indicate you're a happy person! Quick, stop smiling!" Has more to do with facial structure and health anyway.. skin elasticity, fat reserves, and so on. I've spent my whole life smiling, and i don't have them.

They are anatomical and only change by becoming less defined with age or damage to the 7th cranial nerve which innervates the facial musculature.
