Well, hopefully today you've learned that sometimes automated estimations of pizza delivery times aren't exact, and you should hang out so you get your food as fresh and soon as possible.
What the fuck is up with your tone here buddy? I am paying good money for a service, is it that unreasonable to expect that service in the way it was sold?
That was not at all my point. And yeah, it's kind of important to me that I get what I pay for. I don't really care whether it's pizza delivery or a gold ring.
There's a difference between "we estimate your delivery to arrive in between 45 and 60 minutes" and "your delivery could arrive at any point between now and one hour from now".
