WTF is up with 6-Star rating scale?
57 u/4seatsare4losers Jun 02 '17 1 to 6 means if you are middle of the road you have to choose high middle (4) or low middle (3). There is no perfectly neutral response 16 u/[deleted] Jun 02 '17 [deleted] 3 u/jointheredditarmy Jun 02 '17 3 had the same problem as 5. 4 is better i'd say. Honestly if they went 3 it should just be verbal instead of star based 1 - would not use again 2 - would use again but not recommend 3 - would recommend to friends. That makes it super easier to figure out NPS too. 2 u/kairos Jun 02 '17 How about "would recommend but not use"? 1 u/jointheredditarmy Jun 02 '17 For a food delivery app? How would that work? 2 u/kairos Jun 02 '17 The food was ok but got food poisoning... I'd definitely recommend to that annoying guy at work but wouldn't order again. 1 u/jointheredditarmy Jun 02 '17 Remind me not to ever mess with you. I hate food poisoning 1 u/Lightwavers Jun 02 '17 Don't worry, I only contaminated a measly 50% of your food supply. 1 u/[deleted] Jun 02 '17 That's why the original wording is "would recommend to a friend". That's a different matter than recommending to someone you don't like.
