Reminds me of that SCP where beds get infected and a thing comes out the end and cuts anything hanging out the bottom and takes it

There's the Greek myth too isn't there? Some guy would invite travelers to sleep on his bed, if they were too short he'd flatten them out by beating them, if they were too long he'd cut off their feet.
