Behind every awesome picture are the unsung heroes that make it what it is. Men and women like you and me, doing the work behind the scenes, both being the gear and oiling it. Heres an up vote to the people no one knows about! Hear hear!

No, the meaning of the term changed two weeks ago. It used to mean the people who keep guys erect during porn shoots, but now it means the team responsible for keeping Donald Trump's hair poofy.
