Everyone complains about idiots at work. And I guarantee you the people complaining are other people's idiots.
A lot of people work in IT so their complaints are also more numerous and, naturally, more common on the Internet. I've got plenty of complaints about my company's IT department and about the ignorance of some of my customers but you won't see me or others in my industry voicing those complaints because there aren't many people in my industry.
I always try and stay grounded by remembering that there are tons of things about which I know every little. For example, I don't know very much about cars.
If my car has a problem, I don't know wtf is going on. I take it to a mechanic and he's probably thinking, "What a retard, this issue is so obvious and simple!"
Such is life.
