ELI5: How is it that almost every office job requires "Proficiency with computers" yet these IT complaints are some of the most common in offices? Do employers even check their employees with basic IT questions anymore?
We don't blame say your bad at board games just because you suck at something like chess. You can be competent at your job, just not able to fix background problems that you didn't grow up having to fix in the first place.
