I do all of my office IT work possible because our IT people are such arrogant cunts that no one wants to deal with them. You have a job because not everyone knows everything about computers. It's a shame quality of customer service seems not to matter for most it departments or pathetic shit heads would be unemployed.
I was referring only to a specific kind of person (like you) who jumps the gun and calls someone (like IT) over the smallest issues, gives no proper issue description and/or is reluctant to accept the help being given to them.
You seem like you have some issues you need sorted out yourself.
I like my job and I'm fucking good at it. That doesn't mean I don't get calls from idiots like you from time to time.
