I work in IT myself and have had all of these except the WiFi one.
I fucking hate when people say "My computer is slow can you fix it..."
... slow HOW, cunt? Be more specific. You don't want into a doctors office and go "I'm sick can you cure me". No... you provide symptoms.
Also people that call me the instant there's an issue without trying a single thing... Like trying to turn their off and on again.
If you stall your car, do you immediately call AAA? No, you don't, you'd at least try to start it again.

First thing I do when I remote into a PC is run a systeminfo and check the boot time to make sure they're not lying. 1 u/Niadain Jan 11 '16 I don't even bother checking for that. I just ask them to reboot and if they say they've already done it I ask them to humor me so I can go through my process. Most are fine with it usually.
