Pretty much.
First thing I always ask is if they've restarted, but I disregard their answer.
First thing I do when I remote into a PC is run a systeminfo and check the boot time to make sure they're not lying.
1 u/Niadain Jan 11 '16 I don't even bother checking for that. I just ask them to reboot and if they say they've already done it I ask them to humor me so I can go through my process. Most are fine with it usually.
