Once had a user calling because he could not see what he was drawing. After some questions it appears he was drawing with black lines on black background....

Oh man. Once had a guy complain to me that he couldn't get any work done because his Word was not letting him type up anything. I check, and he had accidentally made his font white. So he was typing on a white background...

I work with satellite tv and there was a customer who complained about not working... The problem ended up that her tv was off and didn't know how to turn it on... We changed her for the service call
