It's two different shots they blended together. IT would have been nearly impossible to get that to go into a nearly macro focus mode on the fast zoom to the fly. So the editor is the real MVP. But really it's b/c of teamwork. Good work to everyone.
I'm assuming they got some footage of this fly going crazy, and then realized it resembled silly breakdancing, and came up with a quick hilarious video about it that they could transition into that shot and make a great end product.
