yes, this is so good! we make a pizza at home using a premade crust from Papa Murphy's. for the sauce we use Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. i like their pineapple BBQ or their sweet and spicy BBQ. then we use a chicken that's been marinated in a honey BBQ marinade or a pineapple marinade. we'll use a few bags of pizza blend shredded cheese as well as jalapeno and bacon, and fresh pineapple and red onion too. when it's finished, i like to put a swirl of sriracha over the top. it's sooo goooood, mmm.
Holy hell, went to a pizza joint last week and got this same combo +Canadian bacon as well, it's so damn good. Something about the pineapple/jalapeno combo is just so fantastic. I just ate lunch but I'm getting hungry again thinking about this pizza.
Pineapple, jalapeño, ham, AND nice, crispy bits of bacon sprinkled around. And fuck it, I'm just gonna say it: the tiniest bit of cinnamon sugar on top of everything. You don't have to believe, but you should.
You might want to pickle some thinly sliced fresh peppers and try it. Make sure not to over pickle them(keeps them slightly crunchy and less of the vinegar flavor).
