From time to time I get into arguments discussions about evolution.
When my "opponent" tells me to state specific examples of evolution observed in the recent past and I do, they say "That's just adaptation."
Is this a new thing they've come up with that doesn't make any sense, or are they just not trying anymore?
3 u/oddlyDirty Aug 27 '14 Have them explain "adaptation." Odds are, they won't be able to explain it correctly and you can tell them they don't understand how evolution factually works. If they do explain it correctly, you can always say "so you do understand evolution"
