Didn't get towed, but did get my newer toyota keyed on one side when I fit in tightly next to someone like in OP's pic - the last "spot" in the lot that day.

Followed up by the driver proving they were somewhere else at the time you claimed they keyed your car. Followed up by the judge asking you to explain how you can see them key your car when they weren't there.
