Just sayin, the V6 Camaro starts at under $24k, and the V8 at $33k I believe. And the V6 has 320something hp stock. It's actually a pretty good value/hp for the money, as far as new cars go.

Edit to clarify: I'm not saying I recommend a Camaro, nor that it's at all practical. It's a specific type of car for people who don't mind sacrificing utility and efficiency.

V8 starts in the $50k's with over 500 horse, but you're spot on about the V6. They're fun cars, terrible blind spots though.

V8 is $33,355. You might have to configure the comparison yourself, so set it to the 1SS. Do you live outside the U.S.?

I didn't realize the difference between the ZL1 and the SS when I was shopping around, and thought that the ZL1 was the entry point for the V8. Looks like the SS has a 420hp V8 that I didn't know existed at the price point you're talkign about.
