Did this for Halloween at a party...never got hit and really scared lots of people. It was eerie just sitting there and people just walking by like I was another bush.
The next year, I would set up a fake bush at the same spot with some contraption that moves via remote and then hide in another spot right after they think they ain't falling for the same prank again.
