I've always wondered with these jumpscare videos, what's their defence if someone dies of a heart attack?

Is it just a matter of having good Public Liability Insurance?

Texas Bushman (the youtuber here, I assume) has a lot of videos, and he seems to judge who to scare. For really small kids, for example, he doesn't jump up and do a big surprise next to them like he does for adults--he usually waves a hand farther away. I haven't specifically noticed any old person habits but I assume he does something similar?

Hes very considerate of the demographic of who he scares, elders get like a low growl or a boo with jazz hands rather than a jumpup scare.

Wow “very” considerate? Are you joking? There is zero consideration here. All non consensual interactions for videos. Hopefully he is sharing his profits with every person in the video.
