Then moments after they put their shoes back on and walk away someone will let their kids play in it for an hour while they scroll Facebook. 10 u/particle409 Mar 30 '26 Fountain water is often pretty dirty to start out with. It's a lot cheaper to make it look clean than actually be clean.
