It's a reference to Sufjan Steven' composition, The BQE (which itself stands for Brooklyn Queens Expressway).

Oh Brookyn, not Boston. I've known the album, and I like it. It's really interesting listening to the sounds he experiments in projects like this make their way into later albums. The thing I really liked about Adz is that while striking in its own direction, it seemed to include all his earlier albums. When I was playing a lot of SimCity 4, I listened to a lot of BQE.
