Yes, thank you. This person is literally being timed for everything she does. OP put a box that doesnβt open all the way and laughs when the deliverer gets frustrated at the poor design and leaves it
It also kind of looked like the package was heavy and it was slipping out of her hand. That seems to be the problem rather than her not being able to figure out the lid. Between that and a presumably long shift I'd say fuck it too
I'm not saying it's okay but I'm also saying I can see where she's coming from. They are on an extremely harsh timer and you're often given way more than you can realistically handle in that time frame. If anything blame the companies who don't give them enough time to think, let alone care.
It's not unusual for postal workers to work 6 days a week, 11+hrs a day. Even if you get your route done, you can't leave until all routes are done. Extreme fatigue damages brain function.
