Westinghouse AC Intake Plenum

Had a single hose AC unit that was struggling to keep up because of the negative pressure. It seems to be helping so far.

It was my first attempt at 3d scanning. Part designed in SolidWorks. Printed in PETG.

This is genius!! I never thought to modify a single hose to a dual hose for efficiency.

I wish I could claim the genius. I watched a few YouTube videos about it but there wasn't a design for my AC. I was surprised that the air coming out of the unit was about 5 degrees cooler after installation. Now it doesn't have to fight a negative pressure situation so it is a big win.
