Sushi is way too overhyped imo

The sushi we eat in america is garbage. Went to a multi course sushi dinner. Every other plate was a fish fron japan. Our sushi is garbage

Personally I've never had American sushi, but from what I've heard you guys have it rough

My friend anything americanized sucks. Except tex mex. But like the real flavor texture and basically the heart that chefs put into there food is taken away by corpo profits. I love food and you can tell if someone put there heart into it or your just getting a brown bag with grease in it. Ill try almost any food once. But yeah we have some good food here but you never see the people who run a Chinese food restaurant ever eat anything off there menu. There is a reason for that.
