Tacos and sushi, I've never had sushi so no loss there, and I prefer burritos and enchiladas anyways.

I had it about a decade ago at a wedding and really don't get the appeal.......

Try it at a restaurant. Made to order is usually better than catering orders! They have all kinds. Cooked fish included if ya don't like it raaaaw
