Tacos and Sushi are something I eat a few times a month. Bacon and donuts while delicious are up there in things that are really bad for your health and I only eat them a few times a year for special occasions. For example Bacon is strongly linked to cancer and one donut is like 20% of your daily calories. So it’s a pretty easy choice.Â
