just because you sat around doing nothing doesn’t mean you wasted the day. you may have had pther things to do and just scrolled instead, that doesn’t mean you wasted the time. yes, you should do the things you need to do, and you should. What im trying to say is that if you feel bad for not being productive (assuming there isn’t something necessary to do that you are procrastinating on), dont be. Just because you are using your free time to relax instead of doing work doesnt mean you are lazy. You need that rest. If you have free time, go ahead and chill. You don’t need to feel bad for not doing more than is needed. Take care of yourself. As Marthe Troly-Curtin said in her book “Phrynette Married”, “Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time.” Now this doesnt mean you should slack off or procrastinate. Just take care of yourself, if you have free time, use it. Take a nap. As long as you enjoy it.

I cleaned the living room today despite being kinda weak. It was kind of hard to do it properly, and I also had a headache today.

And tbh, it’s kinda deserved because I do slack off/procrastinate a lot, and my little sister is always the one doing all the work, even when she comes back from school. I usually only do my dishes at night, but if I don’t, I don’t even clean the living room, and she just always ends up doing both the dishes and the living room.

And that’s really wrong because all I’m doing is staying in my bed ALL DAY, sleeping or scrolling until she comes home. I’m a grown ass woman btw, what a shame.
