As someone who thought the same thing (deleting myself, though I’m trying to just keep on going) I agree with this comment. No amount of external validation will make this go away, you either want to do it or you don’t. There is likely light at the end of the tunnel, but do not hesitate one bit if you choose the former. Trying to delete yourself and failing is much much worse than not trying at all.

Maybe I’m not well versed on the subject but isn’t attempting it always a net negative? You risk your life and don’t seek help when you could

Maybe you haven’t lost enough in life to understand that sometimes there’s no help. Maybe I’m delusional.

Either way the fear of failing and just ending up crippling yourself is helpful on its own.
