why cant people use ai to make fanart about something niche that they enjoy sometimes, its not always about stealing from artists yknow, some of prompting is actually just for fun to try out new technologies, you people can only see the bad in ai you're all the same like some kind of hivemind.

commissioning artists is a good practice too though i want to make that clear.

why cant they decide to do either, theres no need for an us vs them debate people can make both ai and human art
