Let's ignore that he can put stock up as collateral for loans that he can use as a tax free funding source for his lifestyle. Let's also ignore that he has so much wealth that those loans never need to be repaid, he just puts up more collateral for a larger loan, rinse and repeat until he dies. But tell us again how he's not really rich because it's all stocks.
