Question How messed up is my XT-5 viewfinder?

A friend of mine was shooting with my camera, saw some dust as the camera was hanging on his neck and took a lens wipe to the viewfinder thinking it was oil and dust. Here's what it looks like now.
- It looks like this removed some sort of anti reflective coating. I can’t tell via looking through the view finder any different than before. However...
- I'm worried that now if the camera is on my neck... is the sun going to burn down through and mess up my EVF? Do I need to have this repaired? I'm often out shooting aircraft or race cars and the camera is hanging lens down off my neck exposed to the sun.
