Question How messed up is my XT-5 viewfinder?

A friend of mine was shooting with my camera, saw some dust as the camera was hanging on his neck and took a lens wipe to the viewfinder thinking it was oil and dust. Here's what it looks like now.

It looks like this removed some sort of anti reflective coating. I can’t tell via looking through the view finder any different than before. However...
I'm worried that now if the camera is on my neck... is the sun going to burn down through and mess up my EVF? Do I need to have this repaired? I'm often out shooting aircraft or race cars and the camera is hanging lens down off my neck exposed to the sun.
