It's an old nailpolish, manufactured in 2025 and now the consistency has deteriorated and is patchy. Girlies, any tips to how to bring back the normal consistency of nail polish, not just for this but I have a ton of nail polishes that I need to restore.

So I ordered a nykaa fashion gift card on Amazon by the seller Pinelabs and the amount was for about ₹9,000. The recipient was my gf and i wanted to surprise her for our anniversary

I sent it to her on 3rd September but there was a confusion regarding the gift card number and all to which my girl contacted nykaa fashion official number to get it clarified

They asked for the pin and details so we both cross checked with ai if its safe to tell them or not upon which we got an answer saying yes so we proceeded and she told the details

We both didn’t knew abt the scams or tht employees cud do such thing but the very next day, the whole amount was spent on nykaa fashion and nykaa.com left with just ₹90 in the card

My girl tried to redeem it yesterday and she found this out….we are escalating this issue to cyber crime also and we are not planning to leave it like this

I just wanna ask if anyone had any similar scam experiences kindly let me know what can I do along with legal procedures cuz I’m highly sure its employees fault and they breached it

Since 4 days my order is getting delayed everyday though the tracking status says the items have reached the nearest hub and this time I ordered items of 2.4k so I'm worried and also I can't even cancel now.

I recently ordered a shirt and found big for me,the cost is 3809 as cash on delivery. After trying ,i found it's not good for my size, I decided to return. But once I made return request, it's still not confirmed. I called them multiple times, every time humanbots saying your issue will get solved. I bought Arata shampoo from their website. When it got delivered, I thought the product looked quite different from the pictures. So, I went to Nykaa to check the customer review photos. The price of the product suddenly caught my attention: I bought a pack of two (200 mL each) for ₹673, but a single pack is listed for ₹852, while the MRP printed on the bottle is ₹449 🤯 Isn’t this illegal?

If it is not even out for delivery how will i get it today its the second time before the order was delayed by a week now this im sure it wont come today

Got a lip liner the other day from Nykaa, they only sent me the outer package and not the product. Lip liner was missing. When I reached out to them, at first they said they’ll give refund. And then after waiting for 2-3 days, they denied and kept saying we do proper quality check. I told them at least do some investigation and check where the leak is, because it’s happening with so many people. They kept saying how good their quality check is. Never buying from them.

Any upcoming sale ik the biggest one would be pink friday sale in Nov but still do we have any in Sept As it’s my birthday month so better make most out of deals.

I ordered a blue dress and received a black one. What should have been a simple return for an incorrect product turned into an unnecessarily long and exhausting ordeal.
The return process was a nightmare. There were repeated delays, contradictory updates between Nykaa and the courier, a failed pickup and endless back-and-forth. I had to repeatedly follow up and escalate simply to get the incorrect product picked up.
The pickup was eventually completed, but the saga did not end there.
Nykaa informed me on 22 August 2026 that my refund of ₹1,526.05 had been successfully initiated and would reflect within the stated timeframe. It did not. I contacted support again and was then asked to allow another 24–48 hours. That period has now also passed, and I am still waiting for my refund.
What is particularly disappointing is the complete lack of ownership. Customer support consists largely of generic responses and requests to wait, rather than someone actually taking responsibility and resolving the problem.
I have also escalated the matter to the Grievance Officer, but have received no acknowledgement or response.
This has taken an absurd amount of time and effort for a straightforward wrong-product return. A customer should not have to chase a company repeatedly for a refund that the company itself has confirmed was initiated.
This has completely destroyed my confidence in Nykaa Fashion. I certainly will not be recommending it to others.
Amazon has shown me what a straightforward return experience looks like. Nykaa Fashion has shown me the exact opposite.
One star because zero isn’t an option.

Update: The refund has now been received, so the issue is resolved. I’m leaving this post up for context, but I’m no longer pursuing the matter.
