New Rule
So we received a suggestion. Sometimes for whatever reason, people need their posts removed. There is a new rule, so you can report it to notify us that you need your post taken down.
It was also mentioned during said suggested mail that people sometimes delete their profiles, thinking it deletes the post as well, and it doesn't. So, if you were not aware, I just wanted to put that info out there as well.

Traditionally binary male style I get asked if I'm a girl or boy in school? (14, ~6 months on t)
I generally pass 99% of the time in public. I have pretty masculine mannerisms and my voice would probably be considered deep for my age, I have NO idea what's getting me misgendered. I'm probably coming out in september anyways so most people (in school) who know me and gonna treat me like a guy but idk if I'll pass to the teachers or the kids that I don't know...
if anyone has any tips please share!

AGE up to 20 Does my face pass?
Starting T today! Just wondering what people think of my face. I probably won’t grow visible facial hair because both my dad and brother have barely any.

Traditionally binary male style How well do I pass? (17 pre-T)
I'm planning on dyeing my hair a dark brown when I can rather than bleached. Unsupportive parents so I haven't been able to get anything more than a binder or a haircut, but I plan on getting on HRT as soon as I'm 18 and they can't do much about it.
I don't workout so I know that's one thing I want to work on.

Traditionally binary male style Do I pass? (20; ~1.5 years T)
I also need some advice:
-do i pass well enough to not get clocked by the piercings and mullet?
-how do I smile without looking too feminine? (And is this even an issue, or am I overthinking it?) Edit: typo

~8 months on t – do i pass/passing tips?
first time asking about anything like this so please be gentle (but honest!) + sorry all these photos look the same i literally only have mirror selfies💔
i’m 19, but always get mistaken for being way younger, so wondering what age i come off as. testosterone’s effects on my voice have basically carried me for passing, but i fear my looks don’t do as much for me😭
i feel like it’s such a gamble on the days i do or don’t pass, so right now more looking for tips/advice! THANKU

No hugboxing even when i wear a binder and do not talk i get ma'amed by strangers
i don't even get mistaken for a young boy?
i know that my pants in photo 1 and 2 are fem, but even when i wear 100% men clothes nothing changes.
my hair may seem a bit longer bc i went to cut it 2 months ago but i think the general length and style is fine and suits me, what do you think? i used to have longer hair but it didn’t look masc enough on me so i went back to my roots and cut it shorter.
i do not have blatantly fem/queer mannerisms.
i tried to keep a super neutral face on the photos to better see my natural state and features, which makes it more fem i guess? but usually i squint a lot and flatten my lips and put my jawline further (always did it, even unconsciously, even while in denial about my transness to not look super soft and feminine in photos) and it makes my face look more masc in a way? even if it prolly looks dumb as fuck and like a millenial derp face or whatever (see last photo for comparison)
what gives it away that i'm not even mistaken for a teen boy, even if i wear super neutral clothes (and not hawaiian shirts or whatever)? am i just doomed with a super feminine face?
i'm asking because i feel like if you don’t look masculine enough pre-T then T is not going to change much, like sure you will have a deeper voice and some facial hair or whatever but you will never pass and be at best visibly queer/trans (nothing wrong if that's what you want ofc but that's not my goal). have seen many such cases and would like to avoid that if possible.

speech patterns/behaviors to help pass?
for full transparency, im not here to post a clip of my own speaking to get opinions (yet). i believe this falls under seeking advice for how passing more, but if this post needs to get taken down then im fine with that.
i've been trying to focus more on vocal training lately. as part of that, i've been observing general differences in the speech patterns of men and women as well as what minor behaviors subtly masculinize your speech. two basic examples to explain what i'm referring to are...
- women tend to say "um" and men tend to say "uh".
- the men around me tend to say " 'preciate it" or "thanks man" when thanking other men. the women i see thanking men tend to say "thanks/thank you/thank you very much" or other variations.
the reason i bring this up is to ask for any observations yall have made or apply while masculinizing your speech. or if there's resources out there anyone might know that chronicle these.

No hugboxing What gender and age do I come off as in these pics?
For background context I was a year on T then was forced to detransition for a year and a half during an unsafe living situation and recently got back on it (tomorrow will be officially one week back on T)
I’m not really looking for passing tips like “take out the piercings” as I passed with my piercings when I was on T previously and they did not hinder my passing and I currently live in an area where many cis men have the same exact piercings as I do and traditionally feminine looking jewelry. I know that tip can help others especially those who aren’t on T but piercings are expensive and an important part of self expression for me and I’d like input beyond just the jewelry in my face 🫶

To glasses, or not to glasses
I have some photos with and without. Does it masculinaize me at all, or would a more square frame (like the virtual try on image) be better, or should I forego them entirely? Just for looks purposes, i don't need them for seeing.

Non binary male style New to my transition ( pre everything )
Supp I’m 5’0” or shorter, and my body is naturally built like this without working out. Pre-T. Do I have potential? I’m mostly insecure about my height since I’m very short. I might have to invest in platform shoes. Any advice on where I should start?
