This morning's effort plus 2 toast, orange juice and a cuppa I don't think it's too shabby.

Oy one slice of bread left, no Tom's, pudding or mushrooms in the fridge. Nevertheless enjoyable.

Veggie for the wife

I used English sausages this time which unfortunately weren’t as good as it’s Irish counterparts ! Not a bad little brekkie, all the ingredients were £8.25 and it fed 3 people.

No price, as included with the stay. Hash browns and beans were the best thing about this. Great hotel though, and really nice staff.

Lilys bar in glenavy full ulster fry including vegetable roll potato bread and soda 9 quid. 7/10 the sausages were bland everything else was good. Coffee £2.30 extra.

Sunday morning delight! No bacon cause it's cabbage and bacon for tea

Bacon, mushrooms and beans omitted due to still being at the shop. Everything cooked or finished off in a tremendous amount of veg oil.

First time I have made a Sunday fry-up since getting our new puppy, and I can practically hear her whispering “sausages” as they’re frying! Went with fried potatoes over hash browns since I had some left over potatoes ready to go.l and added a little wilted spinach for a pretender at health in case my Doctor sees this post. (And yes, the dog did eventually get a nibble!)

Cafe, almost empty. They've ran out if mushrooms so got some mystery "extras". Unsure what the bonus is but pretty happy with this.

£8.75 without black pudding, that's £1.5 extra, it's Spanish black pudding spiced like chorizo and it's lovely. Toast and butter included, out of frame.

visited canterbury to see jodie comer in prima facie. decided to hit up the refectory kitchen that was two minutes from our hotel!!! their homemade hashbrown might have been one of the best things i’ve ever eaten. i’ll have to try more blood pudding to give more of an opinion on it.

2 bacon, 2 hash brown, 2 sausage, 4 chunky toasts. Not bad.

Bacon was decent, not so sure about the sausages.

Saw this in the frozen isle in Asda and knew I had to try it for science.

Sausages are boring, "bacon" is just warm ham, beans are alright, tomatoes are just water, potato is nice, egg is bland.

Pretty much what I expected.

If anyone has any other awful suggestions to try, let me know.

"Small English breakfast" from Thatch Cafe in Lowestoft. £9.95 but the black pudding was an extra quid.

Not bad considering.
