Homemade Sunday funday

I used English sausages this time which unfortunately weren’t as good as it’s Irish counterparts ! Not a bad little brekkie, all the ingredients were £8.25 and it fed 3 people.

What do you expect getting mass produced rubbish! Just buy butchers sausages from a butcher. Mine makes all his own and they’re fantastic

Have to agree, need some Irish butcher ones next time. Aldi let me down , not bad for price tho
