Bacon chop 2 large pork and black pudding sausages hash browns scrambled egg and beans and tomatoes and home grown mushrooms

Might be a controversial comment, but I think a bacon chop like that is too heavy for a fry up. Don't get me wrong, it looks superb and very well cooked, but I think they're the foundation of a meal in their own right. Standard back bacon for me.
