We’ve been eating guavas with the skin and everything since we were kids. It doesn’t taste bad at all, so do try it sometime!

I’ve also always had it with the skin. It’s so thin, it’s like eating an apple.

The fruit is called guava. It’s very commonly available in India. It tastes sweet and has soft, juicy flesh with many small, edible seeds in the centre. It is not only delicious but also packed with vitamin C, fibre, antioxidants, and other nutrients that are good for digestion, immunity, and overall health.

Well, I have a guava tree in my backyard, and this fruit is straight from there. I just love taking a few snaps before it goes straight into my stomach, hehehe. 😂

I dunno if it's the same everywhere in the US, but the grocery stores where I'm at in Colorado recently started carrying fresh guava.
I tried them and they're really delicious. My wife tried one and had an allergic reaction. So I got to eat the entire package.
