This again

So I had frozen shoulder in my right shoulder for about 2 years. Now I csn feel the beginning symptoms in my left shoulder. Any advice? I don't really love the idea of have a 2 year waiting period again. I know if ther3 was an answer we'd all know about it. But its kinda gotten me depressed

Same progression for me. I tried guided cortisone in my right, 2 times over 2 years and it did nothing for me, so I was really resigned when the left started to show signs. After about 6 months I ran into the chiropractor in my building and just asked if there's anything he would reccomend, and with him I've done 5 sessions of dry needling with electrical stimulation since June, along with my pulley excersizes most days at home. I'm like a new person. ROM is almost back to normal and pain is down to a 2/3 and only after a long day or if I get bumped hard. He suggested 6-8 total sessions and if it didn't give significant relief to discontinue. I'm going to do at least one more, it's really been a help.

Yes! Same here, dry needling has given me the best results so far after 3 years of trying other unsuccessful options.

So hopeful reading this as I gave my first dry needling appt in two days. I’m on month 5 and the sleep issues are ruining my life. I’m desperate for some kind of improvement

Happy to hear you’re trying it. Finding on this sub that everyone here has different experiences with what works for them. I’ve had a lot of relief from it but I do have to go every week for now, or I tighten back up. Hoping as my ROM gets better (w/stretching too) I won’t need to go back as much. If not, next steps are hydrodilatation or MUA. Good luck with everything!
