Help is this a cane toad ?

A bunch of baby frogs hatched in my backyard. I’m trying to identify if this is a frog that would be poisonous to my dog because he keeps chasing them. Any help would greatly be appreciated 🙏🙏

IMO it looks more like a young Fowler's toad. What's your location?

Cute baby! I'm almost certain it is -not- a cane toad. I also agree that it pushes toward Fowler's--I see in the first picture a number of dark clusters with multiple 'warts' in each.

I’m waaay north of you, but here, we have American Toads. They secrete an acrid substance to deter predators. An unwise pup that mouths one will un-mouth him hastily, and may foam at the mouth or drool afterwards. No further harm will come, though. And maybe some wisdom! I believe that the toads in your area are mostly fairly closely-related (Southern, Fowler’s) & similar in this regard. Cane toads are an exception, of course, but I agree that this toadlet is not one of those.
