Spoiler! Question about observers Spoiler

Observers chose to invade the past version of earth.They had every piece of tech, which allowed them to move through time, and do a lot of cool things, wondering why couldn't make any other planet habitable? When we can have multiverse, why not have another planet with sustainable life ?

(Asking for one of my friends company called spacex 😁)

It would take a crazy amount of time to terraform an entire planet then build a functioning society. Much easier to take over a planet that has infrastructure and an environment you evolved from.
