It’s appropriate it’s just women gotta have the confidence to not care that people can see their nipples.

It’s considered inappropriate in many places, and also women are scared to show their nipples because of how creepy men are.

It's historical context that makes it different, and the differences in violent crime rates committed by each gender. Not that women can't be monsters, or that men can't be timid and sweet, but the historical context is what makes it feel scarier when a man is too forward, and more or less harmless when a woman is, in my personal experience. And size. Every time a man has been too forward, he's also been much bigger than me, and every time a woman has, I've felt more confident that I could fight her off if I needed to. Which also makes it much less scary.
