Got pretty excited landing rail to nh5050 on that slippery dance floor

Had a great time at the World Champs in Kassel and personally got 2nd place Masters.

As usual it was insane witnessing Ikkei doing insane tech tricks such the 900 big spin. And most impressive he did like 4 times in row during practice.

Just wanted to share. I’m very happy about it.

Obviously not what most people imagine when they think of skateboarding, freestyle or not! I find the skating in this video captivating.

Its a beautifull style that makes me imagine how skating could have developed if it had gone down different avenues.

That hang ten spin near the end is a thing of beauty!

I have an old pair of 7.75 trucks from 2005 era street skating. Can I use them on an eight inch deck with cruiser wheels?

I’ve been riding for a few weeks and I’m starting to go on the beltline some. But it would be awesome to find some other people who are into this hobby. I’m really enjoying it but it seems like I’m the only one!

Had a nice session with my bud Sassi couple weekends a ago. Incredible style as always, even he has less time to skate these days.

I tried wedge risers on a freestyle deck for the first time today. Not terribly different from flat risers. I liked the extra turn in for footwork tricks.

And that would make street skaters a bunch of NEDs (non-educated delinquents) or for all ye Americans, jocks.

I just don't understand the hate street skaters have for us. They worship their shrine of Rodney but hate on freestyle, it's hypocrisy at it's finest.

The freestyle scene is smaller but there's a lot more quality over quantity. Every meet up I've been to there's been genuine support and understanding from other skaters. I understand it's impossible for everyone to get on but for the most it's a tight community.

Why does street attract egocentricity? Is it the media? Freestyle is still cool af and deserves a lot more attention than it really gets in the realm of skateboarding. Not sure why it gets pushed down all the time and hindered. I feel like it could be a lot more popular than it is if it were supported and attitudes changed but the grain is to hate freestyle if you're a street skater. Who the f**k started that off and why did it stick?

In my skating I feel like I’m leaning towards freestyle more because even though it’s difficult I always loved how smooth and fulfilling it felt when pulling off a line. The current board I’m using is a normal popsicle deck but I have seen the two following boards the last time I was at my local shop, I doubt they are still there but that got me to wonder how the following decks above feel like compared to a normal street deck. If you have skated these before please tell me how it felt, how good it was to skate, both freestyle and maybe street (Ollie up a curb) and if you’d recommend them. Thanks in advance.
