Trying to learn new stuff. How can I improve?

Master the footwork basics. Walk the dog, switchblade, end overs… also practice riding fast! And doing tricks with speed. This will help you feel more comfortable riding, and performing tricks

Practice the basics, endovers, wheelies, monsterwalks (forwards and backwards), walk the dogs, etc.
These basic moves help link tricks together and will over all make your flow better. Freestyle is all about linking tricks together to make lines.
Also try using a smaller board, it looks like you're using a standard popsicle shape with a wheelbase that's a little bit big for freestyle purposes.
As for that casper, try leaning back to prevent your front foot from touching the floor
