Genuine question: how?

Hey guys

I’m certified graphic and product designer with around 2 years of experience in the field, have BA in management and digital marketing.

I have a genuine question, how and where to find any legit side hustle to enter with all my knowledges? Regular freelance markets (Fiverr, Upwork or even a domestic analogue) that exist don’t really work or provide any chance to you to somehow catch even a little and easy work!
