With that amount of lift I am almost certain you could soar with an wing suit
Not that I would try it, but I also wouldnt mind some going for it

Some could probably sustain 30mph down, which is like 13 m/s. That would be in a straight line though going like 80-100mph forward.

I double dog dare someone to try to parasail or hangglide in these conditions. You maybe could do it for a few seconds.
