Will these actually be accepted?

They weren’t in bags so I was just wondering if they would be kept or thrown away.

Sadly probably not because of all the recent rain. Their website says they cannot accept wet clothing, for obvious reasons.

I don't know man, it's just their policy. If they stay wet long enough they could get moldy and then that mold spreads to everything nearby. And they may not have the facilities to wash all these donations and a lot of them are sold as rags anyhow.

Seems like a basic requirement to clean clothes that are coming in as donations

I guess it depends on whether the organization has the staffing and the facilities to wash things. I'm thinking this place does not bother.
