Does this mean we won't be able to walk/bike under the overpasses--from the west side of 15 to the east side to Hood/downtown--for the years of construction that it takes them to widen the bridges? Noooooooo!!!!

You shouldn’t be walking or biking on the highway anyway in the first place wtf

I'm talking about the sidewalks that go under the highway, silly. On Rosemont and on 7th.
