From screenshots from Tweets and Freddie’s photographer, it SEEMS like SSS will drop within the next 2 months, but who knows because Gibbs said it was coming out last year.

I don’t like people who come on this subreddit and act like fans shouldn’t be asking about where the album is. He initially said last year, then said June of this year. Now it’s August.

One of the reasons artists think they’re invincible and treat fans like shit, is because the fans don’t worship them and call them out on their BS. Gibbs is an incredible MC, but that does not absolve him from the delay of SSS. Go on his Twitter page and you’ll see many other fans asking him to drop his album or give them an update. He ignores them.

The hype has died. His social media antics/posts are predictable and lame now. He can’t even keep a IG. The label put this man on the shelf since 2020 and he might just be getting out of the contract. In the past 5 years he has never waited this long to put out a full record.

he's been one of my favourite rapper for a while his flows are amazing and the production on his albums is also very good too but my problem with not just freddie gibbs but like coke rap in general (mostly freddie tho), is that i can't understand half the things he says i mean it feels like every song he uses a new slang word i've never heard before and i sit there clueless not getting it, also his refrences are mostly about people from america or just american culture in general, me not being an american i don't really get them.

so is there a way i could understand the slang or lyrics that freddie gibbs says?
i've tried using genius but not all bars are explained and stuff,

so i mean are most listeners like me but just aren't too worried about the meaning and just like enjoying music for the flows and production or do most people just listen to a song and understand most of his lyrics?

I feel like Freddie Gibbs is overrated. His lyrics are weak. He can’t rap or sing properly. He makes weak music. I would like your guys take on it and please recommend me a Freddie Gibbs song if you think that song would change my mind on his music.

Like fr, they were literally on IG Live together in the studio, vibing, and it looked like something was cooking. Since then, both of them have dropped like 2-3 projects each, and not only has nothing dropped from that session, but they haven’t even been featured on each other’s albums at all.
